Building a bridge that connects the community and strengthens the family

The operation of the Houston Youth Ranch is organized to support its annual activities. These activities focus on leadership training, confidence building, recreation for youth, and family strengthening in a farm and ranch environment. The Rodeo Day, Black History Program, Law Enforcement Youth Day, Workers and Volunteers Appreciation Day and Nature Heritage Camp consume the largest amount of organizational assets in terms of financial and volunteer resources. Several major contributors donate funds and supply volunteers for annual activities.
